Semi-abstract is my favorite in getting across my more serious messages through my original paintings. Acrylic is my media of choice. It’s versatility allows me to create many different and interesting effects, from dripping blood to vague impressions from within the womb. While the issues depicted in my paintings are sometimes disturbing, I try to keep my art works within the realm of aesthetics. I mean, why can’t a painting with a background of dripping blood be beautiful? Well, that’s up to you to decide…
