While turmoil rages in the world . . . spring is here and knocking at your door
In the words of William Shakespeare…. “April hath put a spirit of youth in everything.”
Being that I love to travel, my first response to being stuck at home was outrage. When I got over that and faced the fact that this is a necessity right now, my usual optimism set in and I decided to find a silver lining in this situation. Besides doing my usual house portrait work, I realized this is the perfect opportunity to make great strides in compiling my coffee table book so it can be published and released later this year. I confess that I have made more progress on this project in the last two weeks than in the previous two years! So be on the lookout for further news on this.
Here for your enjoyment is a couple of dozen spring delights from San Jose California to Charleston SC and from Tampa FL to Capitol Hill DC over to E Grand Rapids MI, Bedford NH and Chicago IL. And below this mini-exhibit is a special “Spread a Smile” bonus that without a doubt, will put a spring in your step and a smile on your face!
As I said above, my advice is to try to look at the bright side of this situation right now. Make a list of projects or one special project you have meaning to do for ever, and get stuff done. After all, production is the basis of morale, and you will feel so much more alive and on top of things if you are active and achieving things.
I want to share this really uplifting video that arrived in my inbox over the weekend. It’s all about spreading a smile. . . CLICK HERE FOR THE VIDEO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXXWNgRfV-0
